Courtesty of Clint over at Pronerd, I have a link to Jon Stewarts tirade against the media on Crossfire. The clip is available in multiple formats and can be found at IFILM. There page is here.
Its quite a good watch, albeit a little long, at 13 minutes. It is not, however, boring in the least. There have been a number of articles about this that have crossed the newswire lately, just google “Jon Stewart and crossfire” and you’ll get a bunch of results. He is very pointed and makes a legitimate plea to the media, asking them to “Stop, stop, stop, stop hurting America.”
Stewart is one of the most interesting characters to watch on TV right now, in my opinion. I wish the Daily Show ran on network tv, so more could see it, though it would loose some of its edge on network tv, I’m afraid.

I saw that on /. a while ago and read the transcript. Brilliant stuff. Stewart’s response after the guy said he was much funnier on his own show was priceless.

I agree. I’m not much of a fan of political talking heads, with the exception of Al Franken. So for me, this was especially amusing.
