Fishy Delights

Last night we made Salmon Fillet Wrapped in Prosciutto with Herby Lentils, Spinach and Yogurt. It was absolutely excellent, and as usual we added a little bit of a twist. Check back in a couple of days for complete how-to with pictures. Suffice it to say that the dish tasted spectacular.
