So its Sunday, and that means that there are two NFL games playing on TV at the moment. Not only that, the Cubs are playing. All at the same time. Its great that TV / Cable remotes normally have a “Last channel” style function…but days like today, I realize that is not enough.

What would be enough? If I could program up to say, 5 channels that I can cycle through quickly. This would make it easier for me to watch all three games at one time. I know that most people would think that is overdoing it a little bit…but if the channels aren’t sequential, I’ve got to type the 3 digit number in (for the HD broadcasting on Comcast), or I have to goto the guide and find the channel. Sure, the program I’m on plays while I’m tracking down one of the other games I’m interested in. But today…today I just want three. I want to be able to, with a single button click, watch the Bears / Lions game, the Ravens / Browns game, and the Cubs / Reds game. Hell, I’d even flip over to another channel when nothing is going on with any of the three.

So yes, that wold Make Me More Happy.
