The crew of the Starship McNelis glided last night into an asteroid belt of free books. Sources point to the Chicago Reader as the cause for the malestrom, which took books from the McNelis in exchange for the McNelis taking books.

In a well known area of the Chicago galaxy called Lakeview on a planet called Cubby Bear is where the action took place. In addition to mass book swapping there was also a breakout of beer consumption, in particular of the Guiness and Blue Moon varieties. Volumes such as Sine Die, The Complete Book of Sauces, and Stephen King’s The Cell were acquired.

I would continue with my captains log, however Klingons work has been leaving me with a lack of time to formulate the log further.
