I finished reading Dark Force Rising last night, which I mentioned in my last entry. It was good, and I’m really enjoying the story. So much so that I’m about a quarter of the way into the last book already. Of course with Lost on tonight I probably will finish it tomorrow afternoon.

“Why tomorrow after noon, Dave?” you ask? Because I am taking the day off. Woo hoo! I haven’t even used a sick day yet in the new year….yeah yeah yeah, but its good for me. And I even scheduled this day off. And why? Because tomorrow I’m getting my Christmas present from Chris.

We are going to dinner at Alinea. Want to see an article about the place? check it. Come to think of it, Google it. I’m so excited I can’t stand it. This is going to be the most expensive meal I’ve ever eaten and is at one of the best restaurants in the WORLD. In 2006, named best in America.

We’ll be taking lots of pictures and posting them over at Peace.Love.Food. probably over the weekend, or Monday.
